Processing times can vary depending on the item.

Custom made products may have a longer processing time (up to a month).

International Shipping may incur a customs fee that is out of the control of K9 Rufflebutts. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges and/or fees.

Once the order is in the hands of the shipping carrier it is out of K9Rufflebutts control. K9 Rufflebutts is not responsible for delays or losses while with the carrier.
